To explain the photos I've posted below, they all come from my Flickr site, which is why they are posted separately. Plus its a total pain to post more than one picture at a time in a blog post. At least for me. Maybe I'm a little lame at blogging :D
This is my brother and my cousin, both of whom are high school seniors graduating 2010. They actually have grown up together and remained close friends, so my mom and aunt wanted some pictures of them as a duo before they head their separate ways to college and beyond.
I'd never done a "pro" shoot before, and for how excited I got over getting to use a studio, I think my outdoor pictures came out better! Thank goodness the rain let up, or else that day would have been ruined.
The key with these boys was multiple sources of goofiness (they were making faces at eachother behind the camera) and candy (I took them to Old Sac for some taffy).
I used my flash sparingly, but it was unavoidable in the darker outdoor pictures. For the studio shots I just bounced a spotlight off of a reflector.
Enjoy!
